One of the fastest ways to gain clarity is to answer specific questions designed to assist us in narrowing our focus, ask questions we normally do not ask, and then have someone with deep knowledge and wisdom assist us to find the best next step to a powerful solution.
1. PEOPLE - Possible Team Members
These surveys are designed to give to those who are interested in being a team member, in some way. These surveys will allow us to get to know them, learn their strengths, abiities, and what truly drives them at a heart level.
1-1. Level 1 Hiring Questions - Some Very Interesting Questions
This survey is to be used for those who are interested in becoming a VA (Virtual Assistant), or are interested in joining the team, but not sure how yet.

The EC2 network has both free surveys and surveys which require a financial investment in the business area. Every survey is designed to assist us to learn to quickly SEE where we may be missing something and what is the best next step to take to discover a solution. 2-2. Level 2 Team Member Survey
How can we as leaders better understand our team members and better serve them? This simple 18 question survey will help us to better help them which then assists our team to see greater success overall. (Use for Business and/or Any Organization Team)
2-3. Level 3 Team Member Survey
Are we seeking to find out a great deal of information from team members to make a dimensional jump as a team? Looks at individual, team, and leadership aspects (Use for Business and/or Any Organization Team)
2-4. The 5/30 Grid Survey
There are 5 Areas in every business and 5 levels within every one of the 5 Areas. This simple, easy survey will help us to determine where we may have a leaky pipe so to speak.
