  • 1. ____ Database - [Box 1] ~ How strong your database is.   Do you have a rock solid database that is updated throughout the day with every prospect, client or conversation?
  • 2. ____ Message - [Box 2] ~ Do you consistently send marketing / emails / video, etc. messaging to specific groups of people to clone yourself and to move people forward without you having to do the the work? 
  • 3. ____ Track 100% Of Leads - [Box 3] ~ Do we not only track the contact information but also ALL the key information which is gathered from Box 4, the answers to the questions being asked and Organization + Discipline in how we help people solve their problems.
  • 4. ____ Ask Questions - [Box 4] ~ Rate how strong you are in asking the best questions, in the best way, at the best time, in the best order and listening using the Flawless Thinking model.
  • 5. ____ 10+ Touch Automated Campaign - [Box 5] ~ Rate how well we have an automated system which touches specific types of people cloning us and others to create an amazing experience without us doing any of the work.
  • 6. ____ Group People & Messages Together - [Box 6] ~ How do we do in taking people and putting them into proper database groups and having automated systems to work those groups in mass saving us time and creating massive LEVERAGE.  
  • 7. ____ Asking For Referrals - [Box 7] ~ Do we have a system which not only asks for referrals but asks for them in the best manner, applying the Quantum Thinking model and tapping into people's sphere's of influence for the average of 250 people they know?  How about the 5,500+ people that business owners know?  Are we applying the Flawless Thinking model and the 3 lessons from "Systems for Profitable Partnerships" to turn all our business clients / contacts into partnerships which bring mutual benefit to everyone within our systems?

  • 9. ____ Follow Through ~ Are you a machine where you are a "Quick Start" and a "Slow Stop" and you finish things to 100% and do not leave open loops?   Do you ever have to be asked twice to do something and ideally see things which need to be done before someone even asks you once?  
  • 10. ____ Organization + Discipline ~ Do you have an extra 20+ hours of free time a week and take 1+ week off every month?   Do you have the systems, tools, and networks where you can say "Yes" to everything as you have mastered the art of Flawless Thinking as it relates to the "Secret About Time?"   Do you organize your thoughts in such a way that your mind is always thinking AND always at peace / rest as well?
