Engineered CLARITY Community (EC2) Glossary Of Terms
EC2
EC2 is the abbreviation for Engineered CLARITY Community mastermind group that has a purpose to gain CLARITY in every area of our life and help others, around us and the world to do so as well.
LMI
Life Masteries Institute (LMI) is a 501(c)3 non profit organization with a mission of helping community based organizations partner with businesses for the mutual benefit of everyone within the community.
Legacy Partners
Currently Legacy Partners is a division of Life Masteries Institute (LMI) with the focus of helping business owners to develop a BOS ~ Business Operating System, an engine so they can get their business to run without them to focus more on living their life vision each and every day.
Life Vision
Our Life Vision is what we have been put on this planet to achieve. In EC2 we believe that everyone of the 7.4+ billion people have a very specific and unique Life Vision. It took over 30 years to figure out how to help anyone, in the world discover their Life Vision in 20 minutes. ~ click here to discover your life vision in 20 minutes ~ Once we discover our Life Vision then everything in our life starts to have more CLARITY. We start to see why all the pain, the hurt, the really difficult things were put into our life . . . so we can not be helped but can be healed. C-level Executive ~ Business
C-Level Executives, for example are CEO ~ Chief Executive Officer, CFO ~ Chief Financial Officer,
CIO ~ Chief Information Officer, CMO ~ Chief Marketing Officer, etc. Normally all the C-Level executives report to the CEO who then reports to the board of directors of a company. As a company gets larger the number of C-Level individuals will grow. C-Level oversee a major area within the company and are kind of like the President of that division in a way. They take ownership of that specific area within a company.
ARRT ~ Atomic Ripple Reaction Tree or Team
ARRT was discover by Emily Dunn and Mark Boersma when they were working on a project to bring peace to the Middle East through the arts. An ARRT Tree or Team can be formed for any type of group of people, business or community and provides the important structure to get things done quickly and insure that everyone is participating, to prevent what happens in most groups where 10% of the people do 90% of the work. Masterminds
Mastermind groups are very different than Networking groups. In a networking group, you give me a fish and I give you a fish and we both walk away happy . . . but still owning a job vs. owning a company. Napoleon Hill in "Think And Grow Rick" shares the concept of when two minds come together they create a third mind which is different than the two. Mastermind groups bring together people around different passionate topics, projects and interests which produces synergy.
Synergy
When elements or people come together they produce far more together than they ever could on their own. Synergy is like the heart and soul of a BOS ~ Business Operating System because it's the people, all the elements that come together in a most magical fashion.
BOS ~ Business Operating System
A BOS ~ Business Operating System is the engine that runs our business / organization. We earn the money we do, work the hours we work, have the stress or life balance we do or do not have in our business as a result of the engine we have built. DNA for BUSINESS ~ The 5/30 Grid
The second element in a BOS is the DNA for BUSINESS or The 5/30 Grid. Tom Kunz, past President of the largest real estate franchise in the world says that The 5/30 Grid is the Holy Grail of business where it will work for a young child starting a lemonade stand and all the way up to the largest company in the world. DNA for LIFE ~ Natural Laws
The third element in a BOS is the DNA for LIFE or Natural Laws. The many worldwide networks within EC2 have discovered over 500 Natural Laws which govern achieving success in every area of one's life. When applied properly and fully integrated into every area of one's life through ActionVISION we will earn more, work less, have less stress and a greater life balance. We will discover our life vision and then live it every single day . . . AND . . . help others around us to do the same.

ActionVISION
ActionVISION is an engineered system for helping individuals see success in every area of life they value. For those who go on ActionVISION, on average, the individual will increase their work productivity by 35% in 30 to 60 days, 95% of people invited in, will follow through and many people will set a 12 month goal to double their income and cut the hours they work in addition to helping them see greater success in every area of life they value. 30 Minute GIFT Strategy Session ~ The Action Card
The 30 Minute GIFT Strategy Session (30 MSS) is often the first step that people take in understanding what the next step should be in gaining Engineered CLARITY. In the GIFT session, there are 14 minutes of questions and 16 minutes to share possible solutions. Manage Up & Out
Manage Up/Out ~ Do you feel overwhelmed by everything in the EC2 world? :-) No worries, you'll be up to speed in no time. To get up to speed faster, do what we call Manage Up/Out. Any time you read a white paper, any time you watch a video or attend a mastermind call do the following:
Put the name of what you listened to, read, or participated in and the url if it applies at top of an email. Then, answer these three questions:
1. What did I LEARN
2. What ACTION will I take
3. What do I need to learn NEXT
When you email your Up/Out you will usually include your ARRT Mentor and 2 ARRT Buddies and then anyone else who would gain benefit from what you are sharing. They may benefit from learning along side of you, becoming involved in what you are doing and/or have the ability to give you encouragement or insights.
Life GPS
www.Life-GPS.org is a mobile web app. It will show someone's personality in 17 seconds from the 65,536 possible combinations and present what their personality is in a fun one minute video(s). Companies, organizations and individuals can register for their own channel. Alan and Nancy, have been extremely instrumental in making the LIFE GPS mobile app a reality as well as EC2 and other LMI and Legacy Partner efforts. Mark Boersma
Hmmm . . . what can be said about Mark. Let's say . . . he is a very unusual type of guy. :-) He realized at the age of 8 years old that his life vision is to . . . "Touch every single person in the world, one person at a time, make a huge difference in every area of their lives, in a fun and exciting way." Yes . . . that is 7.4+ billion people. It's probably clear as to why he is involved. He has social autism (yes, that is a very real thing), so it's important to realize that he loves people, he just doesn't like them. Don't take anything he says personally if you ever do get a chance to meet him personally. :-)
Tom Kunz
Tom Kunz is the past President of CENTURY 21, the largest real estate franchise in the world with over 140,000 agents in over 70 countries. Tom and Mark co-authored "Community / Business Partnerships" which is the foundation of many of the things offered through LMI and Legacy Partners. Tom helped raise over 100 million dollars for Easter Seals. Tom and Mark documented roughly 100 of the 500 Natural Laws on video and invested years teaching "10 Months To Freedom" and many other courses based on different aspects of The 5/30 Grid and Personality Masteries.
Coffee Connections
Coffee Connections is a mastermind group who meet weekly either in-person or locally. Learn how to attract the best and most profitable clients and/or referral partners. Mastermind Seminars
Mastermind Seminars, in part was inspired by Tom and Mark's book on Community / Business Partnerships.
