One evening, as he was driving home from a 36-hour day of work, Mark came to the realization that driving with sleep deprivation is just as bad or worse than driving drunk. He goes on to tell us how he then changed his body's sleep cycle by going to bed earlier and getting up earlier in the morning. He noticed that there were actually clouds in the sky and birds flying.... hmmm... interesting what sleep deprivation can do to a person!
Getting enough sleep is detrimental to success.
