What Is A Mastermind Group?

A group of like-minded people who desire to learn, grow and connect together around a common area of interest, focus, topic, problem, opportunity or something that connects us all together. 
  • What is the purpose of this group? ~ The short answer is ... "What do you want the purpose of the group to be?" ... "That is what it is!"  See EQ (Emotional Intelligence) mastermind groups are unlike anything you have ever been a part of in the past.   Each person comes prepared with a curious question connected into something we as a group are working through together OR it could be something you are working on yourself.  It is up to you as to what this group is about. 
  • What is THIS group's draw? ~ One example ... let's use the EQ for The Amish IP Factory mastermind goal for an example.   How many people do you know who work in the RV factory?  Now ... how many people do you know who LOVE working in the factory?  Imagine ... if we were able to capture the minds, the intelligence, the entrepreneurial spirit of those in the Amish community to bring their minds, their intellectual property to impact the world and gain freedom from working in the factory.  Learn how to start and build a successful business which could reach around the world just like the RV factories do.  By bringing our minds, or ideas, our entrepreneurial spirit together we are able to accomplish amazing things.
  • Can English attend? ~ YES ... for sure!   When the Amish and English work together we can accomplish far more together than we could on our own.

  • EC2 Mastermind Groups ... focus on learning to think differently and taking action to solve problems at the core.  Come to each LIVE mastermind call with what you want to accomplish and/or a challenge or problem you would like to solve. 
  • What is Manage Up & Out? ~ After every video, white paper and/or mastermind call we encourage members to share with at least two others three things. 1. What did I LEARN.  2. What ACTION will I take.  3. What do I need to learn NEXT? 
  • What is an ARRT Mentor and two ARRT Buddies? ~ ARRT "Atomic Ripple Reaction Tree / Team" is designed to take what we have learned and share it with the world.  Each individual is assigned one ARRT Mentor and 2 ARRT Buddies.

1. How is the Amish IP Factory like the RV Factory?

Answers

A:  RV Factories are designed in an assembly line fashion where each person on the line has a very specific role and when all those roles work together, some amazing things happen.  This enables a lot of work to get done quickly and for people who work hard and work together, they will all earn a lot more money as a result of working on the line.  
2. How does this actually work in reality?
A:  Great question.  There are many ways it actually can work.  Individuals who own their own companies can join the Amish IP Factory Training & Coaching system to learn how to better start their own companies and build them to success.   

Other individuals may come together and learn how to work together to own companies together and/or to work together for mutual benefit.   Every company, in business has a BOS ~ Business Operating System which is the engine which runs the company.  Just like in an RV Factory where there are different roles, there are many different roles in every BOS.  When we gain expertise in the various roles within BOS we gain skills which are valued around the country / world from every business.  We could apply these skills to our own business, which could be any type of business and/or we could come together as teams, just like in the RV Factory and offer us as a team to business.
3. What types of skills can I learn in the Amish IP Factory?
A:  You could learn how to do taxes, accounting, book keeping, leadership, marketing, pre-sales, sales, servicing and how to create clients for life.  You could even learn how to do graphic design, web design, mobile app design, computer programming, HR (Human Resources), management or how to develop profitable partnerships to name just a few things.  

You will discover your life vision, why you were put on this planet, why you have the interests / passions you do and how to use those to bring value to you and those around you.  Pretty much any skill a business may need to have the Amish IP Factory could help you to learn how to do.

What's great about this is just like in the RV Factory you do not need to have electricity, computers or internet in your home as all that can be provided for you through the Amish IP Factory. 
4. Is there a cost to obtain the training and/or work through the Amish IP Factory?
A:  That depends.  There is some of the training, coaching and mentoring within the Amish IP Factory where there is no charge and other programs, training and mentoring which does require a financial investment.  There are different certification and participation levels with various investment options.  

One of the challenges that many local Amish owned businesses is that they are selling to the local community where there can be a lot of competition and a limited number of clients.  RV Factories sell RV's all over the world which brings massive amounts of financial resources into the Amish communities.  

The Amish IP Factory works the exact same way where clients from all around the country / world will have those involved with the Amish IP Factory do work over the internet, through the Amish IP Factory work locations.  When we learn to THINK differently, we SEE more opportunities and that give us the ability to DO things in different ways.  If we desire to continue to work in the RV Factory, that's great, but if we want something different the Amish IP Factory provides options.  
5. What will I LEARN?
A:  What would you like to learn?   See ... the Amish IP Factory is totally different than any other education, training system, program or network.  It is there to help you discover what YOU want to do, what YOU would love to do, what you would enjoy waking up each and every day to do.  :-) 

You'll learn about how to identify someone's personality in seconds and how you can bring value to them ... which is really what owning a company is all about.  It's about learning how to find out what people want and are willing to pay for and then taking your hard work, skills and talents to those in the community, around the world and to other business owners.  

Write down your biggest challenge, what you would love help with and then maybe a handful of things you would like to accomplish over the next three months and then let's have a conversation.  
6. What will I DO with what I learn from this group?
A:  Actually deep learning doesn't come from sitting in a classroom, reading a book or listening to someone else.  Deep learning comes from DOING, not from TALKING.  The Amish IP Factory does teach what we need to be doing to achieve our dreams and goals but even more important is that the Amish IP Factory helps us to follow through, to DO, to TAKE ACTION on what we learn.

7. Do I need to currently have a business and/or know specifically what type of business I might like to start?
A:  No, you do not need to currently own a company and/or even have a specific idea of what type of business you would like to own.  You honestly do not even have to desire to be a business owner, you may be just sensing that you want something more or different than you currently have.  You may be looking to gain skills and understanding on how to see greater success or joy in your current position, with your current company.

The Amish IP Factory will help you learn to first and foremost to better understand yourself and what makes you tick.  Next, we'll help you to better determine what you might be looking for. After that, we will help you to break your goals down into specific actions / tasks and help you learn how to do those actions / tasks in the most effective way.

You may want a "side gig" something you can do in the afternoons to learn, grow, enjoy, find purpose and earn some additional money as well.  :-)  You may want to connect together with others in the Amish IP Factory and start working together as we can accomplish far more together than we ever could on our own.
