About Masterminds
& Goals for Groups

What is your biggest challenge?  What area of your life would you love help on?  Learning to Think Differently is the key to solving any problem and EC2 masterminds are amazing!

What Is A Mastermind Group?

A group of like-minded people who desire to learn, grow and connect together around a common area of interest, focus, topic, problem, opportunity or something that connects us all together. 
  • What is the purpose of this group? ~ The simple answer is ... "To help everyone in the world who has PTSD to be healed and to reduce the situations in the world which contribute to PTSD.  The more complex answer is ... "What do you want the purpose of the group to be?" ... "That is what it is!"  See EQ mastermind groups are unlike anything you have ever been a part of in the past.   Each person comes prepared with a curious question connected into something we as a group are working through together OR it could be something you are working on yourself.  It is up to you as to what this group is about.  
  • What is THIS group's draw? ~ One example ... A teenage boy is in the room, less than three feet away, where his brother commits suicide with a gunshot to the head.  Imagine ... what that experience would do to you.  Imagine ... an 11 year old boy, who hears a gunshot in the next room and goes in and finds his father dead from suicide.  What would it be like to be a 4 year old and see your mother murder your father or a teenage girl who saw her father kill her mother and the mother's lover in front of her.  Imagine that same teenage girl then being sexually seduced by two men, one a  teacher and one a pastor at her church.  Imagine ... all the things that someone in the military can see on the battle field and what that can do to mess up the mind.   This 
  • Can non PTSD affected people attend? ~ YES ... for sure!   The truth is that we all have varying degrees of trauma in our lives and when we learn "heal fast & strong" that we become better human beings and care about both ourselves and others a lot faster.   Pick a favorite lesson and then share it with two other people and let's learn, grow and heal together.  :-)

This is Helping

  • EC2 Mastermind Groups ... focus on learning to think differently and taking action to solve problems at the core.  Come to each LIVE mastermind call with what you want to accomplish and/or a challenge or problem you would like to solve. 
  • What is Manage Up & Out? ~ After every video, white paper and/or mastermind call we encourage members to share with at least two others three things. 1. What did I LEARN.  2. What ACTION will I take.  3. What do I need to learn NEXT? 
  • What is an ARRT Mentor and two ARRT Buddies? ~ ARRT "Atomic Ripple Reaction Tree / Team" and is designed to take what we have learned and share it with the world.  Each individual is assigned one ARRT Mentor and 2 ARRT Buddies.

So ... have you ever been part of a networking or mastermind group and did not feel you really gained a lot of value from participating?  
We approach mastermind groups in the most fascinating way by knowing one another's personalities so we can be helped and help others.

Do you have a question, topic, thought, problem or anything you would like input on, from the group?

Step 1: Examination

A doctor is never going to give you a prescription without doing an examination so let's start there.  With a self-examination, through answering a few short questions.  It will be fun!  :-) 

NOTE:   With "medical experts" PTSD is not a black and white situation.   The short survey we have developed helps you / us to better understand maybe if you do have some level of PTSD, but again, it's not black and white.  If you have a hard time answering the questions, that's not good or bad, it is what it is.  Do the best you can do and answer the questions in the best way you can.  Don't worry ... :-) ... you can take the test again and give totally different answers and it won't show you are crazy, it will show that you have the most amazing and beautiful mind.  :-)  Actually ... we are totally serious!

Do we see the nail in our heads? If we laugh ... or ... if we get upset ... either way ... it reveals a lot about us. In experiencing PTSD, how it will help you?

Weekly Mastermind Calls

Life Masteries Institute hosts numerous mastermind calls each week for many different topics! If you have never been a part of a mastermind group...they are VERY different than a networking group! While networking groups give you a fish, mastermind groups help you learn how to fish by working on your biggest challenges!
