Most of us, growing up are told that we shouldn't use the word stupid ... but ... this video may change your mind on the meaning of that word and how it applies to us and those around us.

We can quickly see how other people are stupid or have moral issues, but not so much ourselves.
- Why is Manage Up & Out so powerful? ~ We often watch something ... and actually think it's really good ... but then do not internalize it. We do not think deeply about how what we learned could change our lives forever. We do not TAKE ACTION on what we learned!

How Do You Manage ZRV's?
Trust us ... it's not easy!
Or maybe ... how do you even act around ZRV's?
SELF-AWARENESS
ZRV's are hyper sensitive to any type of criticism, suggestions, thoughts which different from their own thoughts.
TIPS
- Flawless Thinking - Any flaws you may have ... be quick to acknowledge them and consider everything that is shared by them.
- Humble - When the ZRV shares something that ... well ... is kind of WAY out there ... SAY ... "Hmmm, that's interesting ... that's one way to think. I wonder if there is another way to think about that situation?
- Curious + Questions - As you saw above, DO NOT SHARE THEY ARE WRONG, or even flawed in their thinking as it seems like their brains have been wired to destroy any thought that doesn't come in perfect alignment with their own thinking. Say ... "I'm curious ..." and then share the question. Do it with a smile and kind of joking ... but do NOT make fun of them. The ZRV doesn't not seem to have a sense of humor ... at least not about anything that may reveal who they really are.
Hmmm ... Do you ever think that there are certain groups of people who seem to think they know a lot? They think that what they SEE is the full picture, what they THINK and SAY is true because ... well ... they think and say it? Hmmm ... What groups are like this ... OR MAYBE ... it's a lot easier to name that groups who aren't like this?
As an interesting experiment, share this page with any group you are a part of and see what kind of response you get? Do people actively engage in conversation ... OR ... is there silence?

Understand how the culture, the media ... seems like everything BIG seems to want people to be ZRV's.
Do We SEE?
- The ART Of Seduction Of The Masses - Have you noticed how BIG ... well ... BIG everything seems to seduce the masses?
Step 2: THINK ...
Think about it ...
Everything BIG ... started out small and most of the time was humble in how it started ... but ... then over time ...
Something changed!
It started out serving someone else ... and then "IT Happened" ... we start to get focused on ourselves and those around us and BIG happens!
It becomes about the group in the BIG and BIG becomes it's own body ... where anything that we think threatens BIG ... BIG sets out to destroy.
But ... does BIG actually ever even think, even consider that it's doing more damage to those who are a part of BIG then what they think is a threat to BIG.
Do We THINK?
- The ART Of Seduction Of The Masses - Have you noticed how BIG ... well ... BIG everything seems to seduce the masses?
- BIG Government ~ Does BIG Government believe that with all their experts and all that that they know that they know what's better for you than you do and that need to "trust them" because they know best?
- BIG Business ~ Does BIG Business seduce the masses with give us your money, your time, your interests and your life and we will give you what you want, without you having to work for it?
- BIG Media ~ Does Media show you what we see and highlight that and not show you what we don't think is important because if you believe like we believe then the whole world would be a better place?
- BIG Education ~ Does BIG education believe they're smarter than everyone else and that all the success in the world is due to education and all the failure in the world is due to those who are not educated as we have been educated?
- BIG Medical ~ Does BIG Medical think they know better for you / your body than you do? If that is they case then why have they been wrong so many times over the years and why do they seem to struggle with learning the basics of ... "The more we know about the human brain, the more we know we don't know?"
- BIG Science ~ If the world is many billions of years old and we only have hundreds of years of data ... then how do we know ... much of anything? ~ click here ~ for a short video which should keep all the experts humble and everything that thinks they are BIG to realize they aren't so much.
- BIG Religion ~ Does BIG Religion give more answers than asking more questions? Do leaders, in public share how humble and small they are, but behind the scenes seduce the masses to feel good to give more money and worship those in leadership ... and not even know it?
- BIG Labor ~ Is it really about those we serve, like students in education or is it really about the teachers, or is it really about the leaders seducing the teachers into thinking more about themselves than those they serve?
Step 3: DO
So ... what are you thinking? If you have no thoughts ... well ... hmmm, isn't that interesting? I wonder what that means? :-)
Do We DO?
- Share - Will we share this with everyone else we know ... OR ... will we slip into a zombie, robot, vampire mindset?
- Share With Close Friends ~ Are we childlike and open to curious questions? Are our friends?
- Share With Groups We Are A Part Of ~ Likely ... we will not. Why not? It's due to fear. We know, even if it's at a subconscious level that we will be judged within our group and maybe even put out of the group, if we bring anything to the forefront which even might touch on the weakness of the group.
- Share With The Masses ~ Will we post this url / website on all the social media sites we are a part of? Probably not. Why not? Hmmm ... are we fearful of how others will respond to us? Are we a lot of TALK a lot of SHOW and No Go? Do we SAY we CARE but do we DO CARE?
Do This!
When we know our life vision we will get FAR more out of any group we are in. Share this with others in the group.
Engage!
When we engage and share our questions, challenges, problems, thoughts and insights we give more and get more.

- I'm stupid ... do not even know it! We often think others are stupid but fail to see it in ourselves. Good to apply the mirror principle and see whatever we see in others there some of that in ourselves. Until we realize that, probably good to be cautious in sharing with others before we self examine.
- People around me are stupid ... ~ Like minded people tend to gather around other people like themselves. This is not bad in and of itself but if we're just around people who think like we do, we will have this
- I never realized ... or even thought that stupid was a "moral" thing! How crazy, cool and amazing is that?
- Hmmm ... maybe ... this is what I have been looking to for years?!?! Why does a company / organization start out "good" with a great cause, intention and vision and when it gets large, it seems to become internally focused and then self destruct?
